At GroomVault, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our returns and refund guidelines below.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible:

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition
• Items must be free of pet hair, odours, or damage

7-Day Cooling-Off Period (ECT Act)

In accordance with the Electronic Communications and Transactions (ECT) Act, you may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving it, for any reason.

• Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods

Hygiene & Safety

For health and safety reasons:

• Grooming tools (e.g. brushes, clippers) and consumable items cannot be returned once used, unless defective

Defective Items (CPA)

All products are covered by a 6-month implied warranty under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

If your item is faulty, we will:

• Repair, replace, or refund the item at no cost to you
